A big win for our 2nd hurling team on Sunday afternoon in their league game. Many thanks to O’Dwyers for their very welcome hospitality enjoyed by the players, mentors and supporters after the game. The scheduled game for the 1st team was deferred due to the death of Dave Billings RIP. We extend our sincere condolences to the Billings family, St Vincents and UCD GAA. Fantastic feedback on the ‘Coaching the Coaches’ hurling course held in the Club on Friday evening with Paudie Butler. Paudie is a great ambassador the for GAA and hurling in particular – the Coaches received lots of great ideas and insights for their training sessions.
On Saturday morning, there was great support from Members and visitors for both the Temple St Great Irish Bake Sale in the Clubhouse and the Under 14 Girls Feile team Sausage Sizzle on the BBQ.
