Bath Time!
Our Adult Hurlers & Footballers enjoyed a trip to the newly refurbished Clontarf Baths for a recovery session ahead of another busy week of important league matches
Summer Camps
140 boys and girls are this week enjoying the first summer camp of 2018 in cooler weather.
Special guest Dublin Senior Footballer Cormac Costello – seen here enjoying a game of Duck, Duck, Goose – dropped by today on his birthday of all days – thankfully Thomas & the crew arranged a cake…which he probably couldn’t eat with a big game vs Tyrone on Sunday 🙂
Contact Thomas @ 085 113 77 28 to book a place in the next camps.

Meet the…Reality
Keeping with the Oneness-focus, Meet the Members is put on hold to focus on the cold hard truth relating to answers to one of the questionnaires favoured questions:
If you could make one addition to Scoil in any way (don’t be restricted by the plausible!), what would it be?
With the vast majority of answers relating to astroturf pitches, floodlights & other such pitch developments, this editor wanted to do a quick sensecheck to ask:
You do realise we can’t do any of it until we own the pitch, right?
Oneness is looking to put that right. Now is the time for action. We can dream up what to do next when we get there.
Take action NOW and email: sheilakelly@oneness2018.com* with the simple message:

Full Ladies Report
The Ladies B team championship kicked off with an exciting draw against St Brendans.
Both adult ladies teams were due to commence their championship campaigns on the same night. However, with 30 adult players unavailable due to holidays etc., the A teams game was deferred to a later date. The B team were fortunate that a number of juvenile players were willing to play. So Holly O`Rourke, Saidbh Murphy, Caoimhe Mulligan and Eve Courtney made their adult team debuts while Lena Donnelly Sheridan made a long awaited comeback. They all played creditably.
The team made a fine start and lead by 1-4 to 0-1 after 15 minutes. St Brendans scored 2 breakaway goals but the Scoil players were confident that the match could be won. Aideen Naughton was very accurate with her free taking, Caoimhe de Buitlear continued her recent scoring form and there were good points from Lily Kavanagh and Saidbh Murphy. In spite of this, the teams were level as the game entered the closing minutes. St Brendans were then awarded a fortunate penalty. Aideen Naughton showed real leadership by volunteering to go in goal for the penalty. She then made a fine save and cleared to safety. The final whistle came shortly afterwards for a well earned draw.
Next championship game is away to St Judes on Wednesday 19th
