WHERE IS MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Once your link shop closes, your order will be sent through to our production team! All MFC garments are bespoke, so please allow 5-6 weeks for you to receive your order. If you require any further information on this, please contact your club order organiser or our customer service team at customerservice@mfc-sports.com Please note that delivery times may vary during Christmas.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER DETAILS?
To amend your order, please ensure that your link shop is still opened and contact our customer service team requesting any changes. However, once a link closes, unfortunately orders cannot be amended. If you require further information on this, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@mfc-sports.com
CAN I CUSTOMISE MY OWN PACK?
Yes of course – we have our most popular packs advertised on our website however if you do not see what you are looking for send us a message and we will send you a personalised quote. If ordering through the link, packs have been confirmed with link organiser and changes cannot be made at this point.
CAN I MIX CHILDREN AND ADULTS SIZING IN PACKS?
When ordering a pack deal, it is not possible to mix between the two age ranges. These items will have to be bought individually.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY/INVOICE ADDRESS?

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?
The method of payment differs depending on order method. Payments can be made via card transaction, bank transfer, PayPal or via phone.
HOW MUCH EXTRA FOR INITIALS?
Standard rate is €2 per item. Some items include free initials.
HOW MUCH EXTRA FOR DELIVERIES?
If opting for individual delivery through The MFC Link delivery will cost £3.99/ €4.99 Bulk delivery is free to anywhere in Ireland but there may be a small charge for international delivery.
WILL BREXIT AFFECT MY ORDER?
Brexit will NOT affect your order as Northern Ireland remains in the EU’s single market for goods.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

MFC RETURNS POLICY
Unless your items are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised and made to order garments. These include garments with crests, logos and/or initials. These garments are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You have up to 30 days from receiving garments to request a refund on faulty garments.
We will repair or replace a faulty item if MFC are made aware of the fault within 70 days of order dispatch. You will need proof of purchase along with your date of order. This information can be found on your invoice you received via email. Please contact customerservice@mfc-sports.com if you believe that your garment is faulty.

MFC will cover the cost of returns if item has a visible manufacturing fault. MFC require customers to provide evidence (pictures) that depicts the fault in question. Customers must cover cost of return in every other circumstance.
