New Club Executive was elected at AGM on Thursday 30th November.
North East Inner City Progress Report
Scoil Ui Chonaill were invited to the NEIC progress report launch in the heart of Dublin city. The Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar, Minister for Public Expenditure, Paschal Donohoe and Jim Gavin, Chairman of the NEIC Programme Implemetation Board spoke at the launch.
Scoil were featured in the progress report with our Games Promotion Officer, Aimee coaching in schools in the NEIC, our Nursery every Saturday in O’Connells school, our annual school blitz and summer camp.
Santa came to Scoil
The big man himself came down to Scoil on Saturday 9th December. Despite the windy conditions, Santa proved to be a big attraction and he is pictured below with our teenage coaches who volunteer every week at our Nursery and Scoil Stars training sessions. Special shout out to Christine who put in a huge shift to get the grotto ready for Santa. Our annual sausage sizzle raised €1060 for CHI Temple Street Hospital. Thanks to Dave and Nick our resident masterchefs on the day!

Theres Something About Aimee
Our New GPO had big boots to fill but she is proving really popular with our girls and boys. Aimee orgnised a Level 1 coaching course for our Mentors and she has been coaching a number of club teams since her arrival and hopes to take more sessions in the new year.
Aimee has also just been picked for the Ireland Ladies rugby team, a super achieveement and the Club wish Aimee well on her call up to wear the Green jersey.
Dressing Rooms
The season may have finished but preparations for 2024 are well underway. a number of our Minor lads painted the clubs dressing rooms as part of their Transition year work experience. Special thanks to Luke, Alan, Alex and Nathan.
Mentors & Helpers Night
All our Mentors, commitee members and club helpers are invited to the Club on Thursday 28th December from 8.30pm.
Bap Packing
Our annual fundraiser takes place on Saturday 23rd December at Nolans supermarket. The majority of slots have been filled but we are still looking for some volunteers to help in the afternoon and evening slots. Contact Ronan 0879295105 if you can spare 90 minutes on Saturday.
