Senior Footballers exit Championship
Our Senior footballers were beaten in the Quarter Final of the Senior Championship at Parnell park against Whitehall Colmcilles with Dublin’s Cormac Costello the difference between the teams. An excellent season for the lads retaining Division 2 status in Dublin and reaching the knockout stages of the championship, lots to look forward to in 2025. Well done to the Management team of Declan, Curly, Cathal, Peter and Sinead.
Ladies Intermediate Team
Our Ladies team retained Intermediate status in a brilliant win away to Clan na Gael. With time running out in normal time the ladies were 4 points down with a minute to go but a goal and a point brought the tie into extra-time. Scoil dominated extra-time to secure Intermediate status for 2025, a team goal for this young squad. Well done to the ladies and the Management team of Aidan, Alex and Liam.
Minor Mens Team
Our Minor Mens Hurlers have qualified for the Quarter Final of the Hurling championship after wins over Castleknock and Ballyboden with one group game to play away to St Judes. The team have gone through a rough period of injuries with John Finn, Alan Murphy, Tiernan Browne, Adam Ayadi and Alex Kelly currently out with injuries.
Our Minor Mens footballers went out of the championship yesterday following defeat to Beann Eadair. Following a second place league finish, the team were promoted to the B Championship with some strong performances despite the injuries. A draw away to St Peters who had three Dublin Minors was a real positive display, while the lads were very competitive in the other two games and shows the potential in this group.
Ciara heads down under.
Best wishes to Ciara McComish who has gone to Australia for the next year. Pictured below is Alex presenting Ciara with a jersey signed by the squad.
