        Fundraisers in December

The Bag Packing in Nolan’s which took place on 23rd December 2022 raised €2897.48. All money raised for our own Scoil Stars.

Thanks to Jackie Geraghty and Padraig Naughton for all the organizing and to everyone that helped out on the day. We know it is a busy time for everyone and all help was very much appreciated.

Our Make a wish coffee and sausage sizzler raised €1750.00 which took place at the beginning of December. Well done to Audrey O Rourke, Nick Mottram and Dave Walley for their work leading up to and on the day itself. A Big Thank You to all of our members that supported our Annual Fundraiser.

A huge thank you to the O’Connell Family and Clean All Over for the sponsorship of the selection boxes for Santa’s visit – they went down a treat with all of our younger members.

        Player Pathway

I am sure many of you have seen the new signage on the outside of the dressing rooms – Thomas has put together the Player Pathway for all members.

The Player Pathway outlines the skill level appropriate for each age group. This is also on the website and can be viewed here.

This is a great marker for coaches to ensure that sessions are set to where they should be for the groups that they are coaching.

        Juvenile Coaches Night

There was a great turn out of over 40 coaches for an evening hosted by Thomas for all of our Juvenile Coaches last Wednesday, 25th January. Thomas shared key insights and building relationships on the coaching journey.

Huge Thank you to Thomas and to all coaches for their input on the night.
